Pizza Fuet four Cheese

Ingredients

  • Pizza ball 220 grams
  • Tomato sauce 100 ml
  • Cheese mix (Mozzarella, Gruyere etc.)
  • Fuet 80 grams
  • Rocket 6 grams

Preparation

  1. Heat the Grill Guru to about 240°C with the heat shield in place and the grid above.
  2. Only put the pizza stone on the grill 10 to 15 minutes before you are going to bake the pizza, if you do this too soon, the pizza will burn at the bottom because the stone is too hot.
  3. Roll out the pizza stone with some flour underneath. Feel free to use a rolling pin for this.
  4. Put the 'round' pizza on the pizza scoop and spread the tomato sauce on it.
  5. Cut thin slices of your Fuet and put it on top as well, sprinkle with cheese and put the pizza on the preheated stone and bake it for about 5 minutes (until it is golden brown and nice and crispy).
  6. Cut the pizza into slices and sprinkle some arugula over it with a few drops of olive oil.
