Can I return my order?
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 14 days of delivery.
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement and return the product within 14 days of receiving it. We may ask for the reason, but you are not required to provide one.
During the withdrawal period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning — just as you would when inspecting it in a physical store.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can do so within the withdrawal period by using the standard withdrawal form, contacting us via the contact form, or by making any other clear statement. Always include your name, address, and order number. We'll send you a confirmation of the cancellation as soon as possible.
If you withdraw from your purchase, please return the product within 14 days of notifying us — including all supplied accessories, in its original condition and packaging, and in line with the instructions we provide.
Return shipping costs are at your own expense. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Can I return my order if I have already opened the package?
If you've opened the package but the product isn't quite what you expected, you may still return it within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure the product is clean, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
When you return a product or cancel your order, the purchase amount will be refunded via your original payment method. This may take up to 14 days.
