Ingredients

4 small chickens
3 tbsp olive oil
BBQ seasoning or a mix of paprika, garlic and thyme
800 g potatoes

Preparation

Fire up your Grill Guru and preheat to 180°C for indirect grilling. Prepare the rotisserie according to the instructions.

Rub the chickens all over with olive oil and season generously with your BBQ rub or a mix of paprika, garlic and thyme.

Secure the chickens firmly onto the rotisserie spit and place it on the grill. Let the chickens rotate slowly and cook for about 60 minutes, until the skin is golden brown and the meat is cooked through.

Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into even pieces and season them lightly. Place them in a tray or directly underneath the chickens so they can catch all the flavourful drippings.

Let the potatoes roast for the remaining time, until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Serve the rotisserie chickens straight from the grill with the crispy potatoes for a rich and satisfying BBQ feast.
