Fire up your Grill Guru and preheat to 200°C for direct grilling.
Cut the halloumi and vegetables into even-sized pieces to ensure they cook evenly on the grill. Thread everything onto skewers, alternating the ingredients for a colourful mix.
Lightly brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano for a simple but flavourful seasoning.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10 - 12 minutes, turning regularly, until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred, and the hallumi is golden brown.
Serve immediately, straight from the grill, while the hallumi is still warm and slightly crispy on the outside.
