Fire up your Grill Guru and preheat to 200°C for direct grilling.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil or melted butter with the garlic, freshly chopped herbs and lime juice to create a fragrant herb oil.
Brush the corn on the cob generously with the mixture, making sure every side is well coated.
Place the corn directly on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly, until lightly charred and golden.
Serve immediately, straight from the grill, while hot and full of flavour.
