Privacy-sensitive data, or personal data, is processed by our webshop. 200Fahrenheit B.V. considers the careful handling of personal data of great importance. We therefore carefully process and secure personal data.

In our processing, we comply with the requirements set by privacy legislation. That means, among other things, that we:

Use of personal data
When using our webshop, we obtain certain data from you. This might be personal data. We only retain and use the personal data provided by you directly in the context of the service you request or for which it is clear that they have been provided to us to process.

Registration
Some areas of our webshop require you to register first. After registration, we retain the personal data you have provided via your chosen username. We retain this data so that you do not have to enter it each time and so that we can contact you in connection with the performance of the agreement.

We will not give the data linked to your username to third parties, unless necessary in relation to the execution of the agreement you conclude with us, or if this is legally required. In the event of suspected fraud, or abuse of our webshop, the personal data might be submitted to the competent authorities.

Order processing

Our webshop offers the option to ask questions via a contact form, where you will be asked to fill in various details in order to process your query. The information you send us will be saved for as long as required for the complete answering and processing of the nature of the form or the content of your email.

We offer newsletters through which we inform interested parties about our products and/or services. There is a link in every newsletter you can use to unsubscribe. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your express consent.

Location data
If required by the service, we may collect location data from you. Your consent will be requested at the time of the visit.

This (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of, for example, the navigation/map software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by, for example, Google or Apple itself. We have no influence on this. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statements from the relevant provider.

Our webshop shows advertisements.

Provision to third parties
We can also share your personal data with our partners. These partners are involved with the performance of the agreement.

Our webshop is equipped with social media buttons. The administrators of these services use these to collect your personal data.

Retention periods
